What does it cost for my team?
You pay for active staff members. Anyone you archive no longer counts, and the amount follows your team automatically.

How the trial works

You create your organization
Account, your business's name, address, industry and time zone. Then you use everything for 30 days, without restrictions.

Payment details at Stripe straight away
Right after creating it you add your card, iDEAL or SEPA direct debit at Stripe. Today's amount is zero; nothing is charged during the trial.

Cancelling costs nothing
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. You do that yourself on the Billing page in UpPlan, without calling or emailing anyone.

After that it continues
If you do nothing, the subscription starts automatically after 30 days and you pay monthly for your number of active staff members.
The small print, in normal print
- All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Stripe puts the VAT on the invoice: 21% in the Netherlands, reverse-charged for an EU business with a valid VAT number.
- You pay monthly, in advance, through Stripe, by card, iDEAL or SEPA direct debit.
- Cancel any month, in UpPlan itself. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Invoices are in UpPlan as PDFs, in your company's name with your Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers if you fill them in.
- The number of extra staff members is updated automatically as your team grows or shrinks, prorated within the month.
